Meet Our Staff

Bill Larson, Esq. was admitted to practice in 1993 and concentrates his practice on trademark applications, licensing, litigation, and general advice concerning intellectual property portfolios.

Mr. Larson routinely assists clients with the transfer and licensing of intellectual property as well as complex business contracts.

In addition to owning and operating Larson & Larson for twenty three years, Mr. Larson is a devoted husband and father to wife Mickey and daughter Haley.

Mr. Larson’s wife Mickey is lead administrator of Larson & Larson.

  • Lead trial counsel in more than fifty cancellation proceedings and opposition proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office Board of Trademark Appeals.
  • Prosecuting attorney in more than one hundred copyright applications.
